What is the PMP exam?
PMP —- refers to the qualification of a project management professional.

Initially, I turned to Google to search for reputable PMP training institutions, evaluating factors such as teaching quality, exam pass rates, and training methodologies. The plethora of options proved overwhelming. I found myself uncertain about which institution to select. Despite having only three months to prepare, I recognized the significance of this period in my life. Over the course of these three months, I dedicated myself to exam preparation. Furthermore, leveraging the knowledge acquired during PMP training, I refined and adjusted my life and career plans accordingly.
After three months of diligent effort, I successfully passed the PMP exam in September. While the preparation for the PMP exam may have been temporary, the acquired abilities are enduring. Not only did I get the PMP certification, but more importantly, I learned a lot of knowledge and provided me with a new set of thinking models.

The five process groups follow a pattern where early in the project lifecycle, the influence, risk, and uncertainty among involved parties are highest, while the cost of change remains relatively low. As the project progresses, the influence, risk, and uncertainty gradually decrease, but the cost of change steadily rises.
The initiation meeting marks the conclusion of the initiation process, where the project charter is announced, and the project manager is appointed, initiating the kick-off meeting.
In the planning process group’s culmination, the project plan is finalized, team members acquaint themselves, requirements are clarified from top to bottom, commitment is solidified from bottom to top, communication channels are established, and responsibility assignments are made.
6 Business environmental factors
Business environment factors encompass internal and external conditions beyond the project team’s control, yet they significantly impact, constrain, or influence the project. These factors can either enhance or restrict management flexibility and may yield positive or negative effects. Common business environment factors comprise market conditions, business databases, information technology software, organizational culture, infrastructure, political climate, and resource availability.
PMP Exam Time
The PMP test is normally conducted four times a year in China, in March, June, September and December. The general exam will be held on Saturday morning, with a duration of 230 minutes. However, due to the epidemic situation in the past two years, it has only been carried out twice, so the specific situation still needs to see the notice on the official website. The preparation time is basically about 3 months, and some people are 2 months, which mainly depends on their learning ability and time adjustment.
